煤矿特长斜井敞开式TBM施工通风技术 被引量:2

Study on ventilation technology for open-type TBM construction of extra-long inclined shaft in coal mine

摘要 对隧道(洞)及煤矿井巷工程盾构及TBM施工通风技术研究进行了系统回顾;简要介绍了可可盖煤矿主副斜井工程概况,并根据工程概况对工程通风设计原则和通风方式选择进行理论分析,基于以上分析对施工通风方案进行了多种设计和比选,决定两斜井均采用更换风机2阶段独头压入式通风方案,对所选通风方案进行理论校核,并对通风效果进行检验。现场实践表明通风效果良好。 This paper first systematically reviews the research on shield and TBM construction ventilation technology in the tunnel(hole)and coal mine roadway engineering;then,it briefly introduces the general situation of the main and auxiliary inclined shaft project of Kekegai Coal Mine and makes a theoretical analysis on the ventilation design principle and ventilation mode selection of the project according to the general situation of the project.Based on the above analysis,a variety of designs and comparisons of construction ventilation schemes are carried out,and it is decided that the two-stage single head forced ventilation scheme with replacement fan is adopted for both inclined shafts;then the selected ventilation scheme is checked theoretically;finally,the ventilation effect is tested.The field practice shows that the ventilation effect is good.
