Suggestions on Promoting the Water Ecological Civilization in the Yellow River Delta

水生态文明是生态文明建设的重要组成部分。随着水资源、水环境问题日益突出,构建人水和谐格局,加快水生态文明建设成为保障经济社会可持续发展的必要举措。黄河三角洲作为世界少见的河口湿地系统,具有特殊的地理位置,独特的自然环境和多元的生态功能价值是黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略的重要承载区。文章梳理了黄河三角洲水生态文明建设现状,归纳出制约黄河三角洲水生态文明建设的主要问题,并提出对策建议,以期为提升黄河三角洲水生态文明建设水平、保障黄河口水生态安全提供参考。

Water ecological civilization is an important part of ecological civilization.As the problems of water resources and water environment become more and more serious,it is necessary to build a harmonious pattern between human and water to accelerate the construction of water ecological civilization and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society.As a rare influx wetland system in the world,the Yellow River Delta has a special geographical location,unique natural environment and multiple ecological function values.It is an important bearing area for the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin.This paper reviews the current status of water ecological civilization in the Yellow River Delta,summarizes the main problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for improving the water ecological civilization in the Yellow River Delta and ensuring the ecological security of the Yellow River influx.
