青岛市西海岸新区排水防涝四级架构体系设计

摘要 近年来,在全球气候变化和城市“热岛”效应的影响下,传统的防涝体系难以应对雨洪发展所面临的问题,需要新的理念体系来支撑。山东省青岛市西海岸新区以暴雨强度公式修编为起点,以排水(雨水)防涝综合规划编制为指导,以海绵城市建设和管理理念为引领,建立了由低影响开发(LID)雨水系统、城市雨水管渠系统、城市排涝系统和城市防洪系统组成的四级架构体系。这四级架构体系有效衔接,共同应对城市洪涝灾害,实现了雨水径流的有组织排放,保障了城市防洪排涝的安全。 Under the influence of global climate change and urban"heat island"effect,the traditional waterlogging prevention system is difficult to cope with the problems faced by the development of rain and flood,which needs a new concept system to support.Starting from the revision of rainstorm intensity formula,guided by the comprehensive planning of drainage(rainwater)and flood prevention and guided by the concept of sponge city construction and management,Qingdao West Coast new area has established a four-level framework system consisting of low impact development(LID)rainwater system,urban rainwater pipe and channel system,urban drainage system and urban flood control system.The four-level framework system is effectively connected to cope with urban flood disaster,realize the organized discharge of rainwater runoff,and ensure the safety of urban flood control and drainage.
