摘要
目的探讨男性尖锐湿疣患者皮损发生及复发与外生殖器局部微生态的相关性。方法以2019年11月—2020年10月于昆明医科大学第一附属医院确诊为尖锐湿疣的100例男性患者为研究对象,采集患者治疗前后外生殖器疣体处和非疣体处局部表面微生物进行革兰染色后于油镜下观察其菌群密集度、菌种多样性及优势菌特点。结果尖锐湿疣局部表面微生物密集度增加及G+杆菌为优势菌,而非皮损局部表面微生物密集度较低(P<0.05,OR<1)。结论男性尖锐湿疣患者复发与外生殖器局部微生态有显著相关性,对男性尖锐湿疣患者局部表面微生物进行干预或可成为预防男性尖锐湿疣复发的新思路。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the occurrence and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum in male patients and the local microbial ecology.Methods One hundredmale patients diagnosed with condyloma acuminatumwere collected in Kunming Medical University Affiliated First Hospital from November 2019 to October 2020.The microbes on the warts and non-warts were collected before and after treatment,and then observed the intensity,diversity and characteristics of dominant bacteria under oil microscope.Results The local surface microbial density of genital warts was increased and G+bacteria were the dominant bacteria,while the surface of non-warts presented with lower microbial density(P<0.05,OR<1).ConclusionLocal surface microbial ecology have acertain influence on the occurrence and recurrence of lesions in male patients with condyloma acuminata.Intervention of local surface microorganisms may become a new idea for the treatment of male condyloma acuminata.
