摘要
蛋白质组学是利用蛋白质组学技术,在蛋白质水平上探究疾病的相关信息,从而达到认识疾病,治疗疾病的目的。蛋白质组学在探究特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)上逐渐发挥重要的作用。本文从免疫炎症、皮肤屏障、皮肤微生态、基因表达、心理应激等方面,在蛋白质组学层面上,总结了与AD相关的CD47、胸腺基质淋巴生成素(thymic stromal lymphopoietin,TSLP)、DOCK等蛋白与AD的发病机制以及临床特征的相关性。
For understanding and treating diseases,we can use proteomics technology to explore the relevant information of diseases at the protein level.With the development of proteomics technology,proteomics plays an important role in exploring the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis(AD).From the aspects of immune inflammation,skin barrier,skin microecology,gene,psychology,this paper summarizes the correlation between the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of AD-related proteins such as CD47,thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)and DOCK.
