全面分析整理了2008-2022年新疆生产建设兵团农业植物新品种权申请与授权情况。对新疆生产建设兵团植物新品种保护存在的相关问题进行了剖析。并从提高各主体植物新品种权保护意识,加大扶持植物新品种保护力度,建立健全执法协作机制等方面提出了相关建议。
