摘要
通信系统作为濒海城市防空体系的基础保障及重要组成,是防空体系实现指挥、协同作战并达到较大作战效能的前提条件。文章从某构想濒海城市防空体系的通信系统所面临问题、任务特点等角度出发,开展通信系统建设研究,分析光纤、散射、微波、无线宽带、超短波和卫星等通信手段,综合利用、取长补短,构建了一个覆盖面广、结构完善、功能性能互补、迂回保通能力强的立体通信网络。
As the basic guarantee and an important component of the air defense system of coastal cities,the communication system is the precondition for the air defense system to achieve command,coordinate operations and achieve greater combat effectiveness.This paper starts from the problems and task characteristics of the communication system of a proposed coastal city air defense system,conducts research on the construction of communication systems,and analyzes optical fiber communication,scattering communication,microwave communication,wireless broadband communication,ultra-short wave communication and satellite communication,comprehensive utilization,which learns from each other’s strengths,complements each other’s shortcomings and builds a three-dimensional communication network with wide coverage,perfect structure,complementary functions and performance,and strong detour and communication ability.
