基于LabVIEW的博物馆多情景环境检测系统

Multi-scene environmental detection system for museums based on LabVIEW

博物馆是重要的文化场馆,收藏的历史文物种类繁多。现阶段文化实力在综合国力中占据的比重日益加大,文化交流与输出对国家的全面发展至关重要,对博物馆文物管理工作提出了更高的要求,尤其是要提高文物的保护能力与水平。现如今,虽然大多数博物馆已配备了完善的现代化文物保护系统,但在现代化设备没有那么完善的博物馆,遇到文物巡展等工作时,文物保护工作就没有那么顺利。文章基于此问题,设计了博物馆多情景环境检测系统。该系统硬件采用ART公司DAM-3158A模块、中创智合公司YX1210模块以及各类传感器来完成搭建;软件采用LabVIEW开发,完成关键数据的处理及对下位机的控制,为文物提供稳定、适宜的保存及展览环境。软硬件通信采用基于RS485的Modbus通信模式。

The museum is an important cultural venue,the collection of historical relics is a wide range of types,at this stage cultural strength in the comprehensive national strength occupies an increasing proportion,cultural exchanges and exports for the country’s overall development is of great importance,therefore,the museum cultural relics management put forward higher requirements,especially to improve the protection of cultural relics ability and level.Nowadays,although most museums have been equipped with a well-developed modern cultural relics protection system,in museums with cultural relics tour exhibitions and modern equipment,the protection of cultural relics is not so smooth,and this design is based on such problems.The hardware of this system adopts ART DAM-3158A module,YX1210 module of Zhongchuang Zhihe Company and various sensors to complete the construction;The software is developed by LabVIEW to complete the processing of key data and the control of the lower computer,providing a stable and suitable environment for the preservation and exhibition of cultural relics.Hardware and software communication adopts RS485 based Modbus communication mode.
