设置横隔板方钢管混凝土柱轴压性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 为研究横隔板对方钢管混凝土柱轴压力学性能的影响,以横隔板数量、间距、含钢率为主要参数设计了5个试件(其中1个未设横隔板,4个设置了横隔板),进行了轴压性能试验和承载力计算公式推导。研究结果表明,对于高宽比为4的试件,横隔板间距与柱截面边长之比大于等于2时,横隔板的约束效应对钢管屈曲模态、承载力及延性的影响不显著,横隔板间距与柱截面边长之比等于1时,则其约束效应对钢管屈曲模态、承载力及延性的影响较明显。与试验结果相比,所推导的承载力公式计算结果略大于试验结果,试验为高效利用钢材提供参考借鉴。 Five test specimens with one without diaphragms and four with diaphragms are designed with the num⁃ber,spacing,and steel content of diaphragms as the main parameters to study the effect of diaphragms on the axial compression performance of square concrete filled steel tubular columns(CFST).Axial compression performance tests and calculation formulas for bearing capacity are derived.The results show that for specimens with a height to width ratio of 4,when the ratio of the spacing of diaphragms to the side length of the column section is greater than or equal to 2,the constraint effect of diaphragms has no significant impact on the buckling mode,bearing capacity,and ductility of the steel tube.When the ratio of the spacing of diaphragms to the side length of the column section is equal to 1,the constraint effectiveness has a significant impact on the buckling mode,bearing capacity,and ductility of the steel tube.Compared with the test results,the calculated results of the derived bearing capacity formula are slightly larger than the test results,and the test provides a reference for the efficient use of steel.
