普通高校武术教学改革与武术传承研究 被引量:2

摘要 在我国众多传统文化中,武术在历史长河中逐渐形成了独有的文化形态,是我国5000年文明中不可忽视的组成部分。中国武术文化积淀深厚,其在普通高校的教学改革和传承中也明显具备个性化的运动风格,这在多数西方体育项目中是难以具备的。中国武术在发展过程中和我国多个时期的哲学思维相关联,实现了运动与自然的融合。该文以普通高校为研究对象,首先探究了普通高校武术教学改革和传承的历程及意义,随后为了进一步了解普通高校武术教学改革与传承情况,采用了指标构建的方式进行分析,从传承法制、软件提升、硬件建设3个方面进行优化。最后,基于评价指标结果,针对性地提出普通高校武术教学改革路径,以期对高校的传统武术文化传承有所帮助。 Among many traditional cultures in China,Wushu has gradually formed a unique cultural form in the long history,and is an integral part of China's 5,000-year civilization.Wushu culture has a profound accumulation,and it also obviously has a personalized sports style in the teaching reform and inheritance of colleges and universities,which is difficult to have in most western sports events.In the process of development,Wushu is associated with the philosophical thinking of many periods in China,and has realized the integration of movement and nature.Taking colleges and universities as the research object,this paper first explores the process and significance of Wushu teaching reform and inheritance in colleges and universities,then,in order to further understand the reform and inheritance of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities,adopts the method of index construction for analysis,proposes optimization from three aspects:the legal inheritance system,software improvement and hardware construction,and finally,based on the results of the evaluation index,puts forward the reform path of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities,in order to help the inheritance of traditional Wushu culture in colleges and universities.
