疫情防控常态化形势下体育助力基层社区治理研究

Research on Sports Assisting Grass-Roots Community Governance under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control

该研究以疫情防控常态化形势为背景,利用案例研究法、文献资料法等研究方法对体育助力基层社区治理的相关文献以及案例进行梳理和总结,发现在疫情防控常态化背景下,基层社区面临着居民生活方式发生转变,身体健康受到威胁,负面情绪逐步累积,归属感不断缺失,农村活性不断弱化等治理难题,原有的治理模式已经不再适用,亟须探寻新的治理模式。基于此,该研究将体育与社区治理置入疫情常态化背景中,从社区善治的角度,分析体育助力基层社区治理的成功案例,探寻疫情防控常态化形势下体育助力基层社区治理的逻辑动因和提升策略,合理地提出发展对策与建议。

Under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,this study combs and summaries the relevant literature and cases of sports assisting grass-roots community governance by using the case study method,literature method and other research methods.It is found that,under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the grass-roots community is facing governance problems such as changes in residents' lifestyles,threats to their health,the gradual accumulation of negative emotions,the continuous loss of the sense of belonging and the weakening of rural activity,the original governance model is no longer applicable,and it is urgent to explore new governance models.Based on this,this study puts sports and community governance into the background of epidemic normalization,analyzes successful cases of sports helping grass-roots community governance from the perspective of good community governance,explores logical drivers and promotion strategies of sports helping grass-roots community governance under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and reasonably puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions.
