感知视角下昆明市居民参与“15分钟健身圈”的实证研究

Empirical Study on Kunming Residents' Participation in the "15-Minute Fitness Circle" from the Perspective of Perception

2016年10月,中共中央印发《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》指出,要全面规划建设全民健身公共设施,实现“15分钟健身圈”在城镇社区全覆盖。全民健身作为体育公共服务体系中的内容,始终是近年来体育研究和发展的热潮。因此,该文从居民感知视角下,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,研究了昆明市“15分钟健身圈”居民体育参与情况及参与感知。研究结果:昆明市居民体育参与项目丰富,但场地资源紧缺;居民学历高低与“15分钟健身圈”了解程度呈正相关,而与年龄呈负相关;社会体育指导员分配不均,居民锻炼指导感知低;设施覆盖范围不全面且健身场地距离远;场馆价格高且限制时段。

In October 2016,the CPC Central Committee issued an important document called the Outline of "the Healthy China 2030" Plan,which pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively plan and build public fitness facilities to achieve the full coverage of the 15-minute fitness circle in urban communities.As a content of the sports public service system,national fitness has always been an upsurge in sports research and development in recent years.Therefore,from the perspective of residents' perception,this paper studies the sports participation and participation perception of residents in the "15-minute fitness circle" in Kunming by the literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.The research results are that Kunming residents' sports participation projects are abundant but site resources are scarce,the level of residents' education is positively correlated with the understanding of the "15-minute fitness circle" but it is negatively correlated with age,the distribution of social sports instructors is uneven and residents' perception of exercise guidance is low,the coverage of facilities is not comprehensive and the distance of fitness venues is far,and that the venue price is high and limited time.
