新时代体育社会组织参与社区体育治理的机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of the Participation of Sports Social Organizations in Community Sports Governance in the New Era

体育类社会组织参与社区体育治理,不仅是新时代“共建、共治、共享”社区治理格局的现实要求,更是回应社区内生态多元需求,提升社区共同体意识和社区自治能力的重要路径。该文通过分析体育社会组织参与社区体育治理的必然逻辑,并在此基础上探析体育社会组织参与社区体育治理的应然逻辑,最后提出体育社会组织参与社区体育治理的运行模式、管理模式与保障模式,以期在体育类社会组织参与社区体育治理的科学化、精细化水平和组织化程度等方面提供策略参考、建议与启示。

The participation of sports social organizations in community sports governance is not only a realistic requirement of the community governance pattern of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing" in the new era,but also an important path to respond to the ecological diverse multiple needs of the community and enhance the sense of community for communities and community autonomy capacity.By analyzing the natural logic of sports social organizations' participation in community sports governance,the study,on this basis,explores the natural logic of sports social organizations' participation in community sports governance,and finally puts forward the operation mode,management mode and security mode of sports social organizations' participation in community sports governance,in order to provide strategic reference,suggestions and enlightenment in the scientization,refined level and organizational degree of sports social organizations' participation in community sports governance.
