高职院校大学生体质健康影响因素及提升路径研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Physical Health of Vocational College Students

职业教育是我国社会主义现代化教育体系中的重要组成部分,作为我国社会建设的基础力量,高职学生的体质健康直接影响其对未来社会发展建设的能力发挥。近年来,高校大学生体质健康一直是困扰我国高等教育发展的顽疾,但针对性的研究多围绕普通高校,对于高职院校学生的体质健康研究则较为忽视。该研究通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,依据现实情况,对我国高职院校学生体质健康的影响因素以及存在问题进行解析,并针对性提出相应的提升路径优化策略,为我国培养素质更为全面的实践型人才提供理论帮助。

Vocational education is an important part of the China's socialist modern education system.As the basic force of China's social construction,physical health of vocational college students directly affects their ability to play in the future social development and construction.In recent years,physical health of college students has always been a persistent disease that disturbs the development of higher education in China,but targeted research mostly focuses on ordinary colleges and universities,while the research on physical health of vocational college students is relatively neglected.Through the literature method and logical analysis method,according to the practical situation,the study analyzes influencing factors and existing problems of physical health of vocational college students,and puts forward corresponding improvement paths and optimization strategies in a targeted manner,so as to provide theoretical help for the cultivation of practical talents with more comprehensive quality in China.
