Tabata训练法应用于中学体育教学的SWOT分析

摘要 该研究在阐述Tabata训练法定义、背景以及当前应用现状的基础上,采用SWOT分析法,对Tabata训练法在中学体育教学应用中拥有的相关特征因素加以分析,认为Tabata训练法在中学体育教学的应用前景是机遇与挑战并存,并提出将其成为打造学校特色体育活动的一种手段;加强教师专业理论的实践探索,提高学科的适用性;理性应用Tabata训练法,避免夸大其价值的实施建议。 On the basis of elaborating the definition,background and current application status of Tabata Training,this study adopts SWOT Analysis to analyze the relevant characteristic factors of Tabata Training in the application of PE teaching in middle schools,believes that application prospects of Tabata Training in PE teaching in middle schools are both opportunities and challenges,and proposes implementation suggestions of opening up ideas and making it a means to create school characteristic sports activities,strengthening the practical exploration of teachers'professional theories to improve the applicability of the subject,and rationally applying Tabata Training and avoiding to exaggerate its value.
