我国U16女子排球运动员专项弹跳能力评价指标选取的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Selection of Evaluation Indexes of the Special Jumping Ability of U16 Female Volleyball Players in China

该文以我国U16女子排球运动员专项弹跳能力评价指标作为研究对象,通过德尔菲法、问卷调查等方法,得出排球运动员专项弹跳能力由助跑起跳能力、原地起跳能力、单脚起跳能力、双脚起能力、垂直弹跳能力、“向前”飞跃弹跳能力、顺势弹跳能力、变向弹跳能力、连续弹跳能力和快速起跳能力共10项能力组成。运用五级评分量表编制问卷并筛选,得出我国U16女子排球运动员弹跳能力着重考察助跑起跳、原地起跳、连续弹跳能力,测试评价指标由助跑起跳摸高、立定跳远、连续10次原地摸高动作构成,从而更加精准地评估运动员跳跃素质的现有水平,教练员可以针对队员的弱项采取措施,更好地促进专项体能的全面发展,进而提高队伍的竞技能力发展水平。

This article takes the evaluation index of the special jumping ability of U16 female volleyball players in China as the research object,and concludes that the special jumping ability of volleyball players is made up of a total of 10 abilities:running jumping ability,standing jumping ability,one-foot jumping ability,two-foot jumping ability,vertical jumping ability,"forward"leaping jumping ability,homeopathic jumping ability,deflecting jumping ability,consecutive jumping ability and quick jumping ability by the Delphi method and questionnaire survey method.This paper compiles the questionnaire through a five-level rating scale,and screens that the jumping ability of U16 female volleyball players in China focuses on the running jumping,standing jumping and consecutive jumping ability,and that test evaluation indexes consist of the movement of running jumping reach,standing long jump and ten consecutive standing reach,so as to more accurately evaluate the existing level of athletes'jumping quality.Coaches can take measures to better promote the overall development of their specific physical fitness in view of players'weaknesses,and then improve the development level of the team's competitive ability.
