专项技术训练视角下棒球运动员体能提升策略

Strategies for Improving the Physical Fitness of Baseball Players from the Perspective of Specific Technical Training

现如今,棒球运动已获得极为迅速的发展,竞赛环境日益优化,运动员实力不断提升。对于棒球运动员来说,技战术与体能都是不容缺少的内容,日常训练中需要兼顾专项技术和体能训练,而体能占据核心地位,决定技战术的执行成效。拥有良好的体能,对运动员技术水平的巩固极为有利,但如今我国的棒球运动员训练更偏向于经验主义,体能训练过于形式化,对专项技术的提升无法起到实质性作用,运动员的训练参与积极性相对较弱,这和身体素质与专项技术共同提升的初衷相悖。鉴于此,该文对棒球运动员体能训练特征及类别进行探究,并对体能训练存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出基于专项技术训练的棒球运动员体能提升策略,以供参考。

Nowadays,baseball has achieved extremely rapid development,the competition environment is increasingly optimized,and the strength of athletes is constantly improving.For baseball players,both skills and tactics and physical fitness are indispensable contents,specific technique and physical training should be taken into account in daily training,and physical fitness occupies the core position and determines the implementation effectiveness of skills and tactics.Having good physical fitness is very beneficial to the consolidation of an athlete's technical level.But now,China's baseball players'training is more empirical,physical training is too formalized,which cannot play a substantial role in the improvement of specific technique,and athletes'training participation enthusiasm is relatively weak,which are contrary to the original intention of the joint improvement of physical quality and specific technique.In view of this,this paper explores the characteristics and categories of physical training of baseball players,then analyzes the problems existing in physical training,and based on this,puts forward strategies for the improvement of physical fitness of baseball players based on specific technical training,for reference.
