摘要
短跑运动是一项注重速度的运动,运动员在参训或比赛时,都应做到步幅开阔,节奏稳定,保持高速。所以教练员在安排训练工作时,需将运动员的身体素质视作关键的发展对象,如柔韧性、灵活性、放松技术等的发展都应备受重视,这是毋庸置疑的。运动员的协调性、稳定性可否保持在较好的状态,与是否放松有着密切关系,短跑过程中,除了高速度、高节奏,动作的放松也是尤为重要的。田径运动不断发展的过程中,放松技术的训练已是必然趋势,为使得运动员短跑素养获得有效提升,需将放松技术充分应用于短跑训练中,利用科学的训练法促进短跑实训实效稳步提升。该文主要对短跑放松影响因素进行探讨,并对短跑放松技术对田径训练的重要性进行分析,基于此提出具体的实践应用策略。
Sprint is a sport that focuses on speed,and athletes should have a wide stride and a steady rhythm and maintain a high speed when participating in training or competitions.Therefore,when arranging training work,coaches need to regard the physical quality of athletes as a key development object,for example,the development of flexibility,dexterity and relaxation technique should be valued,which is beyond all doubt.Whether the coordination and stability of athletes can be maintained in a good state is closely related to whether they are relaxed,so in the process of sprint,in addition to high speed and high rhythm,the relaxation of movements is also particularly important.In the process of continuous development of track and field,the training of relaxation technique has become an inevitable trend.In order to effectively improve athletes'sprinting quality,it is necessary to pay attention to fully applying relaxation technique to sprint training,and use scientific training methods to promote the steady improvement of the actual effect of the practical training of sprint.This paper mainly discusses the influencing factors of sprint relaxation,and analyzes the importance of sprint relaxation technique to track and field training,and based on this,puts forward specific practical application strategies.
