摘要
该研究基于COM-B理论,在文献资料、逻辑演绎等方法基础上,对青少年身体活动不足问题进行研究,以期待对青少年身体活动干预管理者产生重要启示。研究结果表明:(1)能力、机会与动机可以影响行为,而行为同样可以对能力、机会与动机产生影响;(2)以往的身体活动干预措施忽略身体活动干预的管理者能力、机会、动机与行为的研究;(3)不同运动环境身体活动干预方式不同。结论:COM-B理论可以指导青少年身体活动管理者行为,从而提高青少年身体活动的能力,提供其活动的机会,增强活动动机,增加青少年每天中高强度身体活动(MVPA)的时间。
Based on COM-B theory,this study studies the problem of adolescent physical activity deficiency on the basis of the methods of literature and logical deduction,in order to provide important enlightenment for adolescent physical activity intervention managers.The results show as follows.(1)The ability,opportunity and motivation can affect behavior,and behavior can also affect the ability,opportunity and motivation.(2)Previous physical activity interventions neglected the studies of abilities,opportunities,motivations and behaviors of physical activity intervention managers.(3)There are different physical activity intervention methods in different sports environments.Conclusion:Based on COM-B theory,behavioral intervention can be guided for adolescent physical activity managers,thereby improving their physical activity ability,providing opportunities for activity,enhancing activity motivation,and increasing their daily MVPA time for physical activity.
