不同方法治疗近中阻生第二磨牙远中龋齿的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Different Methods in Treatment of Mesially Impacted Second Molar Distal Caries

目的:分析近中阻生第二磨牙远中龋齿患者给予不同方法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月—2020年12月北京理工大学医院收治的50例近中阻生第二磨牙远中龋齿患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各25例。参照组采用常规微创拔牙手术方法进行治疗,研究组采用拔除第二磨牙并且对第三磨牙进行移植的方法进行治疗,比较两组症状缓解率、牙齿美观度评分、治疗总满意度。结果:两组症状缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.312 4)。研究组牙齿美观度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。研究组治疗总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009 9)。结论:拔除第二磨牙并对第三磨牙进行移植的方法相较于常规微创拔牙手术方法治疗近中阻生第二磨牙远中龋齿疾病的疗效相当,但可提高牙齿美观度,提升近中阻生第二磨牙远中龋齿患者治疗满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of different methods in the treatment of patients with mesially impacted second molar distal caries.Methods:From May 2018 to December 2020,50 patients with mesially impacted second molar distal caries admitted to the Hospital of Beijing Institute of Technology were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional minimally invasive tooth extraction and the study group was treated with the method of extracting the second molar and transplanting the third molar.The symptom relief rate,tooth aesthetics score,and overall satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in symptom relief rate between the two groups(P=0.312 4).The tooth aesthetics score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000 0).The overall satisfaction with treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009 9).Conclusion:Compared with conventional minimally invasive tooth extraction,the method of extracting the second molar and transplanting the third molar has the same curative effect in the treatment of mesially impacted second molar distal caries.This method can improve the tooth aesthetics and satisfaction with treatment in patients with mesially impacted second molar distal caries.
