无痛胃镜在消化内科常见疾病诊疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Painless Gastroscope in Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Gastroenterology Department

目的:分析无痛胃镜在消化内科常见疾病诊疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月江苏省常州市新北区三井人民医院收治的80例消化内科常见疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用普通胃镜,观察组采用无痛胃镜。比较两组检查前后生命体征、平均检查时间、疼痛程度、焦虑情绪发生率、不良反应发生率、检查终止率、治疗满意度。结果:检查前,两组心率(HR)、收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检查后,观察组HR、收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,SpO_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组平均检查时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组焦虑情绪发生率、不良反应发生率、检查终止率均低于对照组,治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜对消化内科疾病患者生命体征影响小,可缩短检查时间,减轻疼痛程度,缓解不良情绪,降低不良反应率以及检查终止率,患者满意度高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the application value of painless gastroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the department of gastroenterology.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,80 patients with common digestive diseases in Sanjing People's Hospital of Xinbei District of Changzhou City in Jiangsu Province were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used ordinary gastroscope,and the observation group used painless gastroscope.The vital signs before and after the examination,mean examination time,pain degree,anxiety incidence,adverse reaction incidence,examination termination rate,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the examination,there was no significant difference in the heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After examination,the levels of HR,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SpO_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The mean examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of anxiety,incidence of adverse reactions and examination termination rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the treatment satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless gastroscope has little effect on the vital signs of patients with digestive diseases,shortens the examination time,reduces the degree of pain,relieves adverse emotions,reduces the rate of adverse reactions and the rate of examination termination,has high patient satisfaction and it is worthy of promotion.
