一体化链式护理在创伤急救患者的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Integrated Chain Nursing in Emergency Patients with Trauma

目的:探究一体化链式护理在创伤急救患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月泗洪医院急诊科收治的128例严重创伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各64例。对照组采用常规抢救护理,研究组采用一体化链式急救护理,对比两组救治时间、抢救效果及护理满意度。结果:研究组辅助检查时间、急诊转手术室时间、有效救治时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组抢救总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。结论:一体化链式护理用于创伤急救患者的效果较好,可缩短救治时间,提高抢救成功率及护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated chain nursing in the emergency patients with trauma.Methods:A total of 128 patients with severe trauma who were admitted to the Emergency Department of Sihong Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received routine rescue nursing and the study group received integrated chain rescue nursing.The treatment time,rescue effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The auxiliary examination time,the time of emergency transferring to the operating room,and the effective treatment time in the study group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rescue rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).Conclusion:The integrated chain nursing has a good effect in emergency patients with trauma,which can shorten the treatment time,increase the rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
