聚焦解决模式对反复种植失败患者的干预效果分析

Intervention Effect Analysis of Focused Solution Mode in Patients with Repeated Implant Failure

目的:探讨聚焦解决模式对反复种植失败患者的干预效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年1月空军军医大学第二附属医院妇产科生殖医学中心收治的68例反复种植失败患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为普通组与聚焦组,各34例。普通组实施常规护理干预,聚焦组实施聚焦解决模式,对比两组焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,聚焦组HAMA、SDS评分均低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预前,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、健康状况、生理职能及活力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,聚焦组生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、健康状况、生理职能及活力评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。聚焦组服务态度、专业能力、心理疏导、风险防范及健康宣教评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反复种植失败患者实施聚焦解决模式,能够显著缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of focused solution mode in the patients with repeated implant failure.Methods:A total of 68 patients with repeated implant failure in Reproductive Medicine Center of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from December 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group and focus group according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional nursing intervention,and the focus group received focused solution mode.The anxiety and depression,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of HAMA and SDS in focus group were lower than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in physiological function,physical pain,mental health,emotional function,social function,health status,physiological functioning and vitality between two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,mental health,emotional function,social function,health status,physiological functioning and vitality in the focus group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The scores of service attitude,professional ability,psychological counseling,risk prevention and health education in the focus group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The focused solution mode in the patients with repeated implant failure can significantly relieve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
