综合护理干预在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:评估慢性萎缩性胃炎患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年10月东营市河口区中医院收治的60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理,对比两组满意度、生活质量及不良情绪。结果:护理前,两组生理功能、社会功能、心理状态、环境领域评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组生理功能、社会功能、心理状态、环境领域评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎患者实施综合护理干预,可以改善不良情绪,提高生活水平及满意度。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic atrophicgastritis. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Dongying Hekou District Hospital of TraditionalChinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to random number tablemethod, they were divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group receivedconventional nursing. The study group received comprehensive nursing. Satisfaction, quality of life and negative emotion werecompared between the two groups. Results: Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the scores of physiologicalfunction, social function, psychological state and environmental field between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores ofphysiological function, social function, psychological state and environmental field in the study group were higher than those in thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000 0). The total satisfaction in the study group was higher thanthat in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.011). Before nursing, there was no significantdifference in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing, SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference wasstatistically significant (P=0.000 0). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing for chronic atrophic gastritis patients can improvenegative emotions and elevate the quality of life and satisfaction.
