基于风险评估策略的手术室护理对妇科腹腔镜截石位手术患者的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Operating Room Nursing Based on Risk Assessment Strategy in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Lithotomy

目的:探讨基于风险评估策略的手术室护理在妇科腹腔镜截石位手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年12月于兰州市妇幼保健院行妇科腹腔镜截石位手术的100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于风险评估策略的手术室护理,对比两组手术相关指标、压力性损伤发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:基于风险评估策略的手术室护理能改善腹腔镜截石位手术患者手术相关指标,预防压力性损伤,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of operating room nursing based on risk assessment strategy in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic lithotomy.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic lithotomy in Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given operating room nursing based on risk assessment strategy.Surgery-related indexes,pressure injury occurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:Operating room nursing based on risk assessment strategy can improve the surgery-related indexes of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic lithotomy,prevent pressure injury,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
