摘要 文章结合广东太平岭核电站核岛厂房结构裂缝控制研究背景,基于混凝土早期收缩开裂行为的“水化-温度-湿度-约束”多场耦合机制,建立核岛厂房结构抗裂性评估计算模型与方法,对混凝土材料、施工工艺及结构尺寸等因素作用下强约束结构混凝土抗裂性进行开裂风险分析。定量评估混凝土材料性能、施工工艺参数以及结构约束情况等对混凝土温度-应力场的影响因素,并基于应力准则,定量分析各种影响因素对核岛厂房强约束结构开裂风险系数的影响规律,明晰影响开裂风险的主要因素及其大小,为实际工程的混凝土抗裂设计及施工指明了方向。 Combined with the research background of crack control of nuclear island plant structure of Taipingling Nuclear Power Plant in Guangdong Province,based on the multi-field coupling mechanism of "hydration-temperature-humidity-constraint" of early shrinkage cracking behavior of concrete,a calculation model and method for the evaluation of crack resistance of nuclear island plant structure is established,and the cracking risk analysis of crack resistance of strongly constrained structural concrete under the action of concrete materials,construction processes and structural dimensions is carried out.Quantitatively evaluate the size and law of the influencing factors of concrete material performance,construction process parameters and structural constraints on concrete temperature-stress field,and quantitatively analyze the influence of various influencing factors on the cracking risk coefficient of the strongly constrained structure of the nuclear island plant based on the stress criterion,clarify the main factors affecting the cracking risk and their size,and point out the direction for the crack resistance design and construction of concrete concrete in actual engineering.
