农村公路水泥路面改造关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Rural Road Cement Pavement Reconstruction

文章主要基于前期的研究成果和应用成果,对农村公路水泥路面综合改造技术进行了研究,提出了一套农村公路水泥路面改造的标准化施工方法,规范后期的农村公路水泥路面改造施工。文章以“白改黑”技术预防反射裂缝为出发点,从路基路面拓宽、水泥板块病害修补以及水泥板块破碎利用等方面进行研究,解决原水泥路面的处置问题。同时对“白改黑”路面的沥青加铺层进行研究,应用再生料作为水泥路面加铺层,提高资源利用量,提出了适合于农村公路沥青路面的加铺结构。

Based on the previous research results and application results,the comprehensive reconstruction technology of rural road cement pavement was studied in this paper,and a set of standardized construction methods for rural road cement pavement reconstruction were put forward,so as to standardize the later construction of rural road cement pavement reconstruction.Starting from the prevention of reflective cracks by' white to black ' technology,the widening of subgrade and pavement,the repair of cement plate diseases and the crushing and utilization of cement plate were studied in this paper.At the same time,the asphalt overlay of white to black pavement was studied,and the recycled material was used as the overlay of cement pavement to improve the utilization of resources.The overlay structure suitable for rural road asphalt pavement was proposed.
