木结构构件X射线检测穿透能力的试验研究

摘要 受地理及文化因素影响,我国古建以木结构为主,现今,我国的木结构建筑保有量巨大,与之相应,木结构检测工作的重要性也日益凸显。针对木结构构件内部损伤的检测,尚无成熟的应用方法,采用X射线检测技术,有望突破这一瓶颈。保证射线有效穿透木构件,是将射线技术应用到木结构检测领域的前提。在现有技术水平限制下,射线对常见建筑木材的有效穿透厚度仍是未知,亟待探究,文章着重研究射线能量与所穿透木材厚度的相关关系,为工程实际提供参考。 Influenced by geographical and cultural factors,China's ancient buildings are mainly wooden structures.Today,there are a large number of wooden structures in China.The importance of wood structure inspection is increasingly prominent.For the detection of internal damage of wood structure members,there is no mature application method,the use of X-ray detection technology is expected to break through this bottleneck.The premise of applying ray technology to the field of wood structure inspection is to ensure that ray penetrates wood structure effectively.Under the limitation of the existing technology level,the effective penetration thickness of common building wood by ray is still unknown and needs to be explored urgently.This paper focuses on the correlation between ray energy and the penetration thickness of wood,so as to provide reference for engineering practice.
