高炉煤气流分布及影响因素研究现状分析 被引量:2

摘要 文中阐明了高炉煤气流的形成机理及分布特点,分析了影响高炉煤气流分布的主要因素,认为高炉煤气流的分布主要由上下部调剂制度决定。下部的送风制度决定了高炉煤气流在风口回旋区的初始分布;煤气流经过软熔带后被二次分布,煤气流的分布类型与软熔带的形状有关;块状带的料层结构对煤气流起“整流”的作用。数学模型的优化和检测手段的提升是高炉煤气流未来的研究趋势。 The formation mechanism and distribution characteristics of blast furnace gas flow are clarified in this paper.The major influencing factors of the gas flow distribution in the blast furnace are highlighted.It is concluded that the upper and lower systems mainly determine the distribution of blast furnace gas flow.The air supply system in the lower part of the blast furnace determines the initial distribution of gas flow in the raceway zone.After going through the cohesive zone,the gas flow will be distributed again and a direct relationship between the shape of the cohesive zone and the type of gas flow can be found.The material layer structure of the lumpy zone plays a rectification effect on the gas flow.It is pointed out that the optimization of mathematical models and detection means are the trends of gas flow research in the future.
