承包商管理是企业安全管理的重要部分,文章从油田化学品生产企业管理角度出发,通过承包商准入管理、施工作业管理和业绩评价管理三个方面浅谈如何提高企业承包商管理水平,降低承包商安全事故发生率,与承包商建立合作共赢的关系。

Contractor management is an important part of enterprise safety management.From the perspective of oilf ield chemical production enterprises,this paper mainly discusses how to improve the management level of enterprise contractors,reduce the incidence rate of contractor safety accidents and establish a win-win relationship with contractors from three aspects of the contractor access management,construction management and performance evaluation management.
