摘要
随着油气井开采需求不断增加,开采周期日渐增多,钻井深度不断加深,井下压力不断增大,各类卡钻事故频发,井下位移不断增长,钻井作业中摩阻成为制约大位移井发展的关键因素之一。结合目前国内外各区块井的施工现状,为保障大位移井施工安全,全面提升钻井工程质量,文章针对大位移井作业过程中需要降摩减阻等问题,对大位移井钻井摩阻进行了深刻分析,推导出一套关于大位移井摩擦系数理论校正方法,对影响摩擦系数的主要因素进行了深入探讨,通过不断优化各类影响因子,使得钻井过程中摩擦系数不断减小,有效减少钻井施工过程中的摩擦阻力,一定程度上提升了油气井工程质量,为实现安全优快钻井奠定了良好基础,保障了钻井作业生产效率,在一定程度上推动了油气田开采技术的发展。
With the increasing demand for oil and gas well exploitation,increasing exploitation period,deepening drilling depth,increasing downhole pressure,frequent sticking accidents and increasing downhole displacement,friction in drilling operation has become one of the key factors restricting the development of extended reach wells.Combined with the current construction situation of wells in various blocks at home and abroad,in order to ensure the safety of extended reach wells and improve the quality of drilling engineering in an all-round way,the friction resistance of extended reach wells is deeply analyzed,a set of theoretical correction methods for the friction coeff icient of extended reach wells are deduced,and the main factors affecting the friction coeff icient are deeply discussed.By continuously optimizing various influencing factors,the friction coeff icient is continuously reduced during drilling.Effectively reduce the friction resistance in the drilling process,improve the engineering quality of oil and gas wells to a certain extent,lay a good foundation for realizing safe and fast drilling,ensure the production eff iciency of drilling operations,and promote the development of oil and gas f ield exploitation technology to a certain extent.
