沿海化工机械设备腐蚀缺陷管理探究

为了解该化工企业机械设备腐蚀现状,并为石油化工企业腐蚀防护治理提供技术和现实依据,文章采用现场勘查和资料审查的方法对该化工企业机械设备腐蚀情况进行调查研究。该企业机械设备整体腐蚀情况严重,腐蚀具有自发性、普遍性、隐蔽性,严重降低了机械设备的性能和寿命。企业要加强防腐蚀意识理念,加强对机械设备的腐蚀防护的管理工作,采取可靠的防腐工程技术措施。

To understand the corrosion status of machinery and equipment in this chemical enterprise,and to provide technical and practical basis for corrosion protection and treatment in petrochemical enterprises.The corrosion of machinery and equipment in the chemical enterprise was investigated by site investigation and data examination.The overall corrosion of machinery and equipment in this enterprise is serious.The corrosion is spontaneous,universal and hidden,which seriously reduces the performance and life of machinery and equipment.It is suggested that enterprises should strengthen the concept of anti-corrosion consciousness,strengthen the management of corrosion protection of machinery and equipment,and take reliable anti-corrosion engineering technical measures.
