摘要
目的:建立一测多评法同时测定陈皮中6个黄酮类成分的含量。方法:采用OSAKA CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为330 nm。以橙皮苷为内参物,计算橙皮苷与芸香柚皮苷、香蜂草苷、川陈皮素、3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-七甲氧基黄酮、橘皮素之间的相对校正因子,分别采用一测多评法和外标法对15批陈皮中6个黄酮类成分的含量进行测定并比较结果。结果:6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 9);平均加样回收率99.95%~102.97%,RSD 0.81%~2.03%。一测多评法与外标法的含量测定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:本法可对陈皮的质量控制和评价提供科学参考。
Objective:To establish a multi-assessment method for simultaneous determination of six flavonoids in dried tangerine peel.Methods:OSAKA CAPCELL PAK C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution,gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 330 nm.Taking hesperidin as the internal reference,the calculation of hesperidin and rutnaringin,melissa officin,tangerine peelin,3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-heptamethoxyflavone,orange.The relative correction factor between corticosteroids,the content of 6 flavonoids in 15 batches of dried tangerine peel was determined by one-measurement-multiple-evaluation method and external standard method respectively,and the results were compared.Results:The six components have good linear relationship in their respective ranges(r≥0.9999);the average sample recovery rate was 99.95%-102.97%,and the RSD was 0.81%-2.03%.There was no significant difference between the content determination results of the one-test multiple-assessment method and the external standard method(P>0.05).Conclusion:This method can provide scientific reference for the quality control and evaluation of tangerine peel.
