分析有氧运动联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的疗效及氧化应激的影响 被引量:1

Effect Research of Aerobic Exercise Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Cognitive Impairment and Oxidative Stress after Stroke

摘要 目的 分析脑卒中后认知障碍治疗中联合实施高压氧治疗、有氧运动的效果。方法 分析对象为2019年10月-2021年10月在青海省西宁市第一人民医院就诊的脑卒中后认知障碍患者36例,以治疗方法差异性予以分组,19例联合实施高压氧治疗、有氧运动的患者归为治疗组,17例仅予以高压氧治疗的患者归为对照组,比较和分析治疗效果。结果 认知功能两项评分治疗前2组比较(P>0.05);与对照组MoCA(19.80±2.60)分、MMSE(19.00±2.35)分对比,治疗后认知功能两项评分治疗组MoCA(21.70±2.32)分、MMSE(21.15±2.75)分均明显较高(t=2.318、2.506,P<0.05);氧化应激反应治疗前2组比较P>0.05;与对照组MDA(11.05±2.20)nmol/L、GSH(21.74±3.25)μmol/L对比,治疗后氧化应激反应治疗组MDA(9.23±1.15)nmol/L、GSH(32.66±3.15)μmol/L均明显较好(t=3.159、10.230,P<0.05)。Barthel指数治疗前2组比较(P>0.05);与对照组(80.45±3.65)分对比,治疗后Barthel指数治疗组(83.25±3.15)分均明显较高(P<0.05);生活质量各项评分治疗前2组比较(P>0.05);与对照组社会功能(65.15±11.65)分、物质状态功能(69.61±10.32)分、心理功能(63.72±11.43)分、(68.59±12.62)分对比,治疗后生活质量各项评分治疗组社会功能(81.86±11.24)分、物质状态功能(80.26±10.33)分、心理功能(81.95±11.15)分、(81.95±11.15)分均明显较高(t=4.377、3.090、4.840、3.254,P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中后认知障碍治疗中联合实施高压氧治疗、有氧运动效果突出,可有效改善患者认知功能和生活质量,提升日常生活能力,减轻氧化应激反应,建议推广。 Objective To analyze effect of combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy and aerobic exercise in treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods The paper chose 36 patients with post stroke cognitive impairment at Xining City the First People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 as analysis objects,and divided them into treatment groups based on treatment methods difference.19 cases in treatment group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and aerobic exercise,and 17 cases in control group with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Treatment effect was compared and analyzed between groups.Results Two scores of cognitive function comparison between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).Scores of MoCA(21.70±2.32)and MMSE(21.15±2.75)in treatment group were significantly higher that MoCA(19.80±2.60)and MMSE(19.00±2.35)scores in control group after treatment(t=2.318,2.506,P<0.05).Comparison of oxidative stress reaction between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).MDA(9.23±1.15)nmol/L,GSH(32.66±3.15)μMol/L of oxidative stress reaction in treatment group after treatment was significantly better than M DA(11.05±2.20)nm ol/L,GSH(21.74±3.25)μm ol/L in control group,(t=3.159,10.230,P<0.05).Barthel index before treatment compared between two groups showed(P>0.05).the Barthel index scores(83.25±3.15)in treatment group were significantly higher than control group(80.45±3.65)after treatment(P<0.05).Life quality scores comparison before treatment between two groups showed(P>0.05).various life quality scores in treatment group,including social function scores(81.86±11.24), material state function scores (80.26±10.33), psychologicalfunction scores(81.95±11.15), were significantly higher than social function scores(65.15±11.65),material state function scores (69.61±10.32), psychological function scores(63.72±11.43) in controlgroup, (t=4.377, 3.090, 4.840, 3.254, P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of hyperbaric oxygen therapyand aerobic exercise can achieve significant effect in treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke,can improve cognitive function and life quality of patients effectively, enhance their daily livingability, and alleviate oxidative stress reactions, which is recommended for promotion.
