家庭医生签约服务与服务能力提升策略

我国人口老龄化的问题已经逐渐影响到社会的方方面面,尤其是与老年人身体健康相关的医疗行业,患病人群的逐渐增多与日益沉重的医疗压力之间的矛盾也是日渐突出。由此家庭医生签约服务逐渐被带入了人们的日常生活,用于解决与缓解看病压力,然而家庭医生签约服务的质量不高、普及率差和普通社区有需求的病患不信任、难签约的情况是目前比较严峻的问题。要想将家庭医生签约服务彻底带进社区居民生活中,让居民信任、依靠,只能通过对现状走访调查,分析其中的问题所在,找到原因并解决,才能够提高家庭医生签约服务的质量和水平,赢得广大社区居民的信赖,真正解决有需要的民众的问题。本文综述了作者参加了浦东新区东片区社区中家庭医生签约服务质控工作,并通过实际情况调查,总结并阐述了目前家庭签约医生服务的现状并提出了相应提升其能力的策略,为家庭医生签约服务的能力提升提供参考依据。

Population aging has gradually affected all aspects of society in China,especially medical industry related to physical health of the elderly.Contradiction between increasing number of sick people and increasingly heavy medical pressure has been prominent.As a result,family doctor signing service has gradually been introduced into daily lives of people to solve and alleviate medical pressure.However,low quality and popularity of family doctor signing services,as well as distrust and difficulty of patients in common community,is currently relatively serious issue.To bring contracted services of family doctors into lives of community residents and gain their trust,we should analyze problems,find the causes and resolve them based on current situation survey,so that we can improve quality and level of contracted services of family doctors,win trust of community residents,and solve problems of people in need.The author participated in quality control work of family doctor signing services in East Area Community of Pudong New Area,summarized and elaborated current situation of family doctor signing services based on actual situation survey,and proposed corresponding strategies to improve abilities,to provid reference basis for improving ability of family doctor signing services.
