双醋瑞因配胶囊合点穴对中老年膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Diacetate Combined with Acupoint Acupuncture on Knee Osteoarthritis of Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients

目的 研究双醋瑞因胶囊配合点穴治疗在中老年膝骨关节炎中的应用。方法 对70例膝骨关节炎达标病例进行分析,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规治疗+双醋瑞因胶囊,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上用双醋瑞因胶囊+手指点穴,疗程6周。对比两组治疗前后,观察其中医症候的疗效、骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)。结果 两组患者经过6周的治疗,治疗组中医证候疗效和WOMAC评分均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手指点穴配合双醋瑞因胶囊可加强对膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。

Objective To study application of diacetate combined with acupoint therapy in treatment of knee osteoarthritis of middle-aged and elderly.Methods The paper analyzed 70 cases knee osteoarthritis patients and divided them into control group and treatment group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine therapy plus diacetate,while treatment group with diacetate plus finger acupuncture on the basis of routine therapy for 6 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms effect,osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,curative effect of TCM symptoms and WOMAC scores in treatment group were better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Finger acupoint acupuncture combined with diacetate capsule can enhance curative effect of knee osteoarthritis.
