鼻小柱倒V型切口联合鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正同期歪鼻整形术

Inverted V-Shaped Nasal Columella Incision Combined with Endoscopic Nasal Septum Correction for Correction of Deviated Nose

目的 观察应用鼻小柱倒V型切口联合鼻内镜鼻中隔的方法实施歪鼻整形手术的效果。方法 回顾性分析本院于2018年5月-2019年6月收治确诊的鼻中隔前部脱位合并歪鼻以及鼻梁区域出现塌陷的14例患者参与研究,实施联合整形手术,观察实际的手术效果。结果 观察可见,在鼻小柱区域实施倒V型切口并联合应用鼻内镜实施鼻中隔的矫正整形手术对于解决歪鼻以及鼻梁塌陷问题有较为显著的实际效果。结论 针对出现鼻中隔偏曲以及由于歪鼻需要进行鼻梁整形的患者实施鼻小柱倒V型切口联合鼻内镜的中隔矫正整形手术能够取得良好的整形效果,可作为此类整形手术中优先选择的手术方案。

Objective To observe application effect of inverted V-shaped nasal columella incision combined with endoscopic nasal septum surgery for deviated nose.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 14 patients with anterior dislocation of nasal septum combined with deviated nose and nasal bridge collapse diagnosed in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019,carried on combined plastic surgery and observed actual surgical results.Results It can be seen based on observation that inverted V-shaped nasal columella region incision combined with nasal endoscope for correction and plastic surgery of nasal septum can achieve significant practical effect in solving problems of deviated nose and nasal bridge collapse.Conclusion Inverted V-shaped nasal columella incision combined with nasal endoscope can achieve good plastic effect and can be preferred surgical option for patients with deviation of nasal septum and with nasal bridge plastic surgery due to deviated nose.
