循证护理在重症急性胰腺炎护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in Nursing of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的 探察评估在急性胰腺炎(重症)护理中应用循证干预的意义与效果。方法 抽选2018年7月2日-2020年7月2日在院内施行重症胰腺炎(急性)治疗措施的102例对象进行探察,施行单盲原则将所选人员均分于两个组别内并分别予以差异性干预措施。对照组采取传统看护指导,观察组采用循证看护指导。分析探察两组人员护理应用性、临床指标、合并性症状发生性及认可程度并开展评估比照。结果 区别看护指导方案施行下,观察组护理应用总有效率数值及认可性较对照组结果而言均存在明显提升(P<0.05)。血、尿淀粉酶水平,发热时长及预后情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 于胰腺炎(急重性)护理中采取循证指导具较高价值,可提升病患生存品质,改善体征心理及相关指标,避免或减少合并性症状发生,利于看护者与被看护者间和谐关系建立,应用科学性较强。

Objective To explore and evaluate significance and effect of evidence-based intervention in nursing of acute pancreatitis(severe).Methods The paper chose 102 patients with severe pancreatitis(acute)in our hospital from July 2,2018 to July 2,2020,and divided them into two groups randomly with single blind principle,treated with differential intervention measures.The former(control group)with 51 cases was treated with traditional nursing guidance,the latter(observation group)with the same cases with evidence-based nursing guidance.Nursing applicability,clinical indicators,incidence of concomitant symptoms,and recognition were analyzed and explored between two groups based on evaluation and comparison.Results Under differentiated care guidance scheme,total effective rate and recognition of nursing application in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Blood and urine amylase levels,fever duration,and prognosis was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based guidance can achieve high value in nursing of acute pancreatitis,can improve life quality,improve physical signs,psychology,and related indicators,avoid or reduce occurrence of concomitant symptoms,and facilitate establishment of harmonious relationship between caregivers and caregivers,which is highly scientific for application.
