盆腔炎采用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗的效果和不良反应分析

Effect and adverse reaction analysis of cefdinil combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的研究盆腔炎采用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗的效果和不良反应。方法选取114例盆腔炎患者为研究对象,依据随机盲选法分为对照组与试验组,每组57例。对照组给予奥硝唑治疗,试验组实施头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗。对比两组血液流变学指标、炎性因子、治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效效率96.49%明显高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血液流变学指标及炎性因子水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组血液流变学指标及炎性因子水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组症状改善时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的效果显著,临床在进行盆腔炎治疗时可及时将头孢地尼、奥硝唑联合运用其中,可促使治疗质量不断提升。

Objective To study the effects and adverse reactions of cefdinil combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 114 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random method,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the experimental group was treated with cefdinir combined with ornidazole.Hemorheological indexes,inflammatory factors and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective efficiency of the experimental group was 96.49%higher than that of the control group(84.21%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemorheology indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemorheology indexes and inflammatory factors of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Symptom improvement time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefdinil combined with ornidazole is effective in the treatment ofpelvic inflammatory disease.In clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,cefdinil and ornidazole can be combined in time to promote the quality oftreatment.
