克霉唑阴道片在妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎中的临床疗效探讨

Clinical efficacy of clotrimazole vaginal tablets in pregnancy complicated with Candida vaginitis

目的探讨克霉唑阴道片在妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎中的临床有效性。方法选取200例妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组100例。对照组使用外阴清洗+乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,试验组使用外阴清洗+克霉唑阴道片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、妊娠结局及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率97.00%高于对照组的89.00%(P<0.05)。试验组妊娠异常率3.00%低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率12.00%与对照组15.00%对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片较乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎更能抑制念珠菌生长繁殖,对妊娠结局影响小,且不良反应差异不大,安全性较高,值得运用于临床。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clotrimazole vaginal tablets in pregnancy complicated with Candida vaginitis.Methods 200 pregnant patients with Candida vaginitis were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vulva cleaning+Lactobacillus vaginal capsule,and the experimental group was treated with vulva cleaning+clotrimazole vaginal tablet.The efficacy,pregnancy outcome and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.00%higher than that of the control group 89.00%(P<0.05).The rate of abnormal pregnancy in the experimental group was 3.00%lower than that in the control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(12.00%and 15.00%)(P>0,05).Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablets can inhibit the growth and reproduction of Candida more than lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with Candida vaginitis.They have little effect on pregnancy outcome and little difference in adverse reactions.Therefore,they are safe and worthy ofclinical application.
