顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

目的分析中晚期宫颈癌患者采用顺铂同步放化疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析30例中晚期宫颈癌患者的临床资料,以治疗方案不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组15例。对照组接受单纯放疗,治疗组采用顺铂同步放化疗。比较两组治疗前后肿瘤标志物及疗效。结果治疗前,两组糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状上皮细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的CA125、CEA、SCC较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率93.33%、1年生存率86.67%显著高于对照组的60.00%、53.33%,局部复发率、远端转移率低于对照组,副反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中晚期宫颈癌患者采用顺铂同步放化疗,可有效改善其病理指标,虽然副反应较多,但可达到提高疗效、延长生命、减少复发、预防转移的目的。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy with cisplatin in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with advanced cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and treatment group with 15 cases in each group.The control group received radiotherapy alone,and the treatment group received concurrent chemoradiotherapy with cisplatin.Tumor markers and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result Before treatment,there was no significant difference in carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCC)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CA125,CEA and SCC in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.33%and the 1-year survival rate of 86.67%in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(60.00%and 53.33%),the local recurrence rate and distal metastasis rate were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of side effects was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy can effectively improve the pathological indexes of patients with advanced cervical cancer.Although there are many side effects,it can achieve the purpose of improving the curative effect,prolonging life,reducing recurrence and preventing metastasis.
