保妇康栓联合金舒喜治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined with Jinshuxi in the treatment of chronic cervicitis accompanied by HPV infection

目的分析保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片(金舒喜)治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床疗效。方法选取50例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者,以随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,每组25例。参照组给予金舒喜治疗,试验组给予保妇康栓+金舒喜联合治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、HPV转阴率及临床症状缓解时间。结果试验组HPV转阴率88.00%高于参照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。试验组创面愈合、疼痛缓解、阴道排液和排尿恢复正常的时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组临床治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论应用保妇康栓联合金舒喜治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者可获得显著效果,改善患者机体炎症水平,促进HPV转阴,值得推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Baofukang Shuan combined with recombinant human interferon a2b vaginal Effervescent tablets(Jinshuxi)in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 50 patients with chronic cervicitis accompanied by HPV infection were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given Jinshuxi treatment,and the experimental group was given Baofukangshuan+Jinshuxi combined treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect,HPV negative conversion rate and clinical symptom remission time were compared between the two groups.Results The negative conversion rate of HPV in experimental group was 88.00%higher than that in control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).The time of wound healing,pain relief vaginal drainage and urination to return to normal in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application ofBaofukang Supposal combined with Jinshuxi in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection can achieve significant effects,can improve the level of inflammation in patients,promote HPV negative,worthy ofpopularization and application.
