胎儿先天性膈膨升的产前超声征象分析

Analysis of prenatal ultrasound signs of congenital diaphragmatic distension in fetus

目的探讨胎儿先天性膈膨升的产前超声特征。方法分析4例胎儿先天性膈膨升的产前超声特征。结果4例胎儿先天性膈膨升均发现患侧膈肌位置上抬异常。3例左侧完全性膈肌上抬,1例左侧局限性膈肌上抬。1例为孤立性左侧完全性膈膨升,1例为左侧完全性膈膨升合并持续性右脐静脉,1例为法洛四联征伴发左侧完全性膈膨升,1例右侧异构综合征伴发左侧局限性膈膨升。结论胎儿先天性膈膨升产前超声具有特征性表现,膈肌纵切面及冠状切面可对膈膨升进行诊断。

Objective To investigate the prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics of congenital diaphragmatic distension in fetuses.Methods The ultrasonographic characteristics of 4 cases of congenital diaphragmatic distension were analyzed.Results Abnormal elevation of diaphragmatic muscle was found in 4 cases of congenital diaphragmatic distension.3 patients had left complete diaphragmatic lift and 1 patient had left limited diaphragmatic lift.There was 1 case of isolated left complete diaphragmatic distension,1 case of left complete diaphragmatic distension with persistent right umbilical vein,1 case of left complete diaphragmatic distension with tetralogy of Fallot,A case of right isomeric syndrome accompanied by left localized diaphragmatic swelling.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography has characteristic manifestations of congenital diaphragmatic distension in fetuses.Longitudinal section and coronal section of diaphragmatic can be used to diagnose diaphragmatic distension.
