经阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断异位妊娠临床价值分析

Study of the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法选取41例疑似异位妊娠患者,均接受经阴道超声与腹部超声检查,观察经阴道超声、腹部超声单一检查与联合检查的诊断效能。结果经手术病理确诊,41例疑似异位妊娠患者中,有37例确诊,其余4例为妇科急腹症。腹部超声检查阳性32例,阴性9例。经阴道超声检查阳性34例,阴性7例。联合超声检查阳性37例,阴性4例。联合超声检查诊断准确率、敏感度均高于腹部超声与经阴道超声(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值显著,具有较高的诊断准确率与敏感度,将两者联合用于诊断,能够进一步提升诊断效能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 41 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy were selected to receive transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound was observed.Results Among the 41 suspected ectopic pregnancy patients,37 cases were confirmed and the remaining 4 cases were gynecological acute abdomen.32 cases were positive and 9 cases were negative by abdominal ultrasound.Transvaginal ultrasound was positive in 34 cases and negative in 7 cases.37 cases were positive and 4 cases were negative by combined ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of combined ultrasound were higher than those of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound has significant clinical value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,with high diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity.The combined diagnosis ofthe two can further improve the diagnostic efficiency,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
