安宁护理在妇科肿瘤癌症晚期患者护理中的应用研究

Study on the application of hospice nursing in the nursing of patients with advanced gynecological cancer

目的探析安宁护理在妇科肿瘤癌症晚期患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取38例妇科肿瘤癌症晚期患者,按照单盲法分为对照组与观察组,每组19例。两组均行常规护理,观察组另行安宁护理。对比两组干预前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分及生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组(77.18±9.38)分明显高于对照组的(62.71±8.65)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安宁护理应用于妇科肿瘤癌症晚期患者中,可以改善患者心理状态,缓解患者疼痛症状,并有效提升患者的生活质量,应用价值较高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application value of hospice nursing in the nursing of patients with advanced gynecological cancer.Methods 38 patients with advanced gynecological cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to single blind method,with 19 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing,and the observation group received rest nursing.Anxiety scores,depression scores,pain scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,anxiety and depression scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the life quality score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the observation group(77.18±9.38)score was significantly higher than the control group(62.71±8.65)score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application ofhospice nursing in patients with advanced gynecological cancer can improve the psychological state ofpatients,relieve the pain symptoms ofpatients,and effectively improve the quality oflife ofpatients.The application value is high,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
