摘要
目的:观察分阶段健康教育模式对支气管扩张患者健康行为及自护能力的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年2月九江市第一人民医院收治的107例支气管扩张患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组53例和研究组54例。对照组行常规教育,研究组行分阶段健康教育,比较两组患者的健康行为[采用健康行为能力自评量表(SRAHP)评估]、自护能力[采用修订版自护能力量表(ASAS-R-C)评估]、满意度及生活质量[采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评估]。结果:研究组教育3个月后SRAHP评分、ASAS-R-C评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.641、9.807,P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.867,P<0.05);研究组教育3个月WHOQOL-BREF社会、躯体、环境、心理、综合5个方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.260、8.815、10.900、7.912、4.052,P<0.05)。结论:支气管扩张患者采用分阶段健康教育可提高患者健康行为,改善其自护能力,提升其满意度及生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of staged health education model on health behavior and self-care ability of patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:107 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study population and divided into 53 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the study group according to the random number table method.The control group was provided with routine education,while the study group was provided with staged health education.The health behaviors(assessed using the Self-Rating Ability to Act in Health Scale[SRAHP]),self-care ability(assessed using the Revised Self-Care Ability Scale[ASAS-R-C]),satisfaction and quality of life(assessed using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Short Form[WHOQOL-BREF])were compared between the two groups.Results:The SRAHP scores and ASAS-R-C scores were higher in the study group than in the control group after 3 months of education,with statistically significant differences(t=4.641,9.807,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.867,P<0.05).The study group had higher WHOQOL-BREF social,somatic,environmental,psychological,and composite scores than the control group at 3 months of education,with statistically significant differences(t=6.260,8.815,10.900,7.912,4.052,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of staged health education for patients with bronchiectasis can improve patients’health behaviors,improve self-care ability,satisfaction and quality of life.
