基于多媒体的视频形象化健康教育对无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者疼痛恐惧程度及肠道准备质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨基于多媒体的视频形象化健康教育对无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者疼痛恐惧程度及肠道准备质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月-2022年3月商丘市立医院80例接受无痛胃肠镜联合检查的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上实施基于多媒体的视频形象化健康教育干预。比较两组患者疼痛恐惧程度[疼痛恐惧问卷(FPQ)评分]、合作行为、肠道准备质量[Boston肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分]及围术期指标。结果:研究组患者FPQ评分显著低于对照组,合作行为评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.785、5.923,P<0.05)。研究组患者BBPS量表中左半结肠、右半结肠、横结肠评分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.363、6.838、10.555、9.129,P<0.05)。研究组患者的检查时间显著短于对照组,麻醉药物用量及不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.690、6.912,P<0.05;χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。结论:基于多媒体的视频形象化健康教育干预可减轻无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者的疼痛恐惧程度,提高患者的肠道准备质量及检查合作行为,缩短检查时间并减少麻醉药物用量,有利于减少不良反应的发生。 Objective:To investigate the effect of multimedia-based video visualization health education on the level of pain fear and quality of bowel preparation in patients undergoing combined painless gastroscopy.Methods:80 patients who underwent combined painless gastroscopy in the hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study population and were divided into control group and study group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing interventions,and the study group implemented multimedia-based video visualization health education interventions on the basis of conventional nursing.The level of pain fear(Pain Fear Questionnaire[FPQ]scores),cooperative behavior,bowel preparation quality(Boston Bowel Preparation Scale[BBPS]scores)and perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The FPQ scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the cooperative behavior scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=4.785,5.923,P<0.05).The left hemicolectomy,right hemicolectomy,transverse colon scores and total scores in the BBPS scale were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=9.363,6.838,10.555,9.129,P<0.05).The examination time of patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the dosage of anesthetic drugs and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.690,6.912,P<0.05,χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05).Conclusion:The multimedia-based video visualization health education intervention can reduce the pain fear level of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy combined examination,improve the quality of bowel preparation and examination cooperation behavior of patients,shorten the examination time and reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs,and help reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
