网络化视阈下区域空间结构演化特征及基本分析法则——以河南省为例 被引量:5

Evolutional characteristics and basic analytical principles of regional spatial structure in the perspective of networking:A case study of Henan province

摘要 随着现代高速交通和新一代信息技术的发展,网络化已成为中国城市体系空间结构演化发展的主要趋势。以河南省为研究案例,基于河南城市省内外铁路客运数据,采用网络关联空间分析综合法,探讨河南城市省内外网络空间结构的演化特征、组织模式和演化规律,提出了城市网络化空间结构的基本分析法则。结果表明:①城市省内外网络覆盖范围不断拓展,网络规模逐步扩大,网络密度和联系强度明显增强,中心度和联系强度层级特征显著,城市间联系的主导方向性和距离衰减效应突出。②区域中心城市在省内外联系网络中处于主导地位,边界城市在省际网络中的权力地位和门户区位优势越来越突出,推进边界城市由省内边缘向省际门户转型,是边界城市实现跨区域协调发展的关键。③随着现代高速交通的发展,区域城市网络的空间组织模式将由轴带式向网络化演进,多中心、多层级和网络化将成为区域空间结构演化的主要趋向。④据此案例分析提出网络化视阈下区域空间结构分析应秉持区际开放法则、边界门户法则、动态关联法则和距离衰减法则,从区际开放和动态过程的角度勾勒网络化空间结构的镶嵌图式,可以发现区域空间结构的新特征和城市经济地理区位的新优势。研究有助于为网络化视角下区域空间结构分析提供参考范例和基本分析准则,有助于全面把握城市在网络中的权力地位和经济地理区位优势、优化区域空间发展秩序,尤其对重塑边界地区城市的门户区位优势和门户职能,助推跨区域协调发展具有重要实践参考价值。 Following the development of high-speed transportation and modern information technology,networking has become the main trend of urban system in China.Taking Henan province as the research area,the evolutional characteristics and the organizational model of urban network spatial structure both within and outside the region are excavated,based on the intercity railway passenger traffic data within and outside Henan.And then,four basic analytical principles of urban network spatial structure are proposed.The conclusions can be summarized as follows:(1)the geographical scope of urban network within and outside the province is widening,the network scale is expanding gradually,the network density and network connection strength are obviously enhanced.All these indicate that Henan has presented a typical network spatial pattern,the centrality of nodes and the strength of intercity connection edges have formed a hierarchical structure,and the dominant direction and distance attenuation characteristics of intercity connections are prominent in the railway passenger transport network.(2)The regional central cities play a leading role in the network linkage within and outside the province,the power status and gateway location advantages of cities in border areas in the interprovincial network are becoming prominent.(3)With the development of railway transportation from traditional speed railway to high-speed railway,the spatial organization mode of regional urban network has evolved from axial belt type to a networked one.Multi-core,multi-hierarchy and networking will be the main evolutional directions of spatial structure of the regional network.(4)Based on the analysis of urban network spatial structure within and outside Henan from the perspective of network theory,inter-regional opening principle,border gateway principle,dynamic association principle and distance attenuation principle should be engaged.On the premise of the basic analytical principles,the mosaic schema of the regional network spatial structure is outlined from the perspective of inter-regional opening and regional dynamic process.The research would help to provide a reference example and basic criteria for the analysis of regional spatial structure,and to grasp the power position and location advantage of cities in the network,and in addition,optimize the order of regional development.Especially the research results have some important practical significance for reconstructing the gateway location advantage and gateway functions of cities in interprovincial border areas,and for promoting inter-regional coordinated development.
