氧化锆陶瓷与饰面结合界面的性能分析

摘要 氧化锆烤瓷牙具有优异的力学性能和良好的生物相容性。以氧化锆陶瓷和饰面玻璃粉为原料,采用高温渗透法,将饰面玻璃融化后,渗透进氧化锆陶瓷胚体,制得梯度结构材料。随着烧结温度的提高,氧化锆陶瓷由单斜相完全转变为四方相并稳定存在,玻璃与陶瓷基体的接触角减小,渗透深度提高;随烧结温度提高,晶粒尺寸继续增大且大小不均匀。当烧结温度从1200℃升高至1400℃时,ZrO_(2)生物陶瓷的维氏硬度均增大,且在1400℃达到最大16.4 GPa。 Zirconia ceramic teeth have excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility.Zirconia ceramics and veneer glass powder are used as raw materials in this research.The veneer glass,after being melted through the method of high temperature infiltration,is penetrated into the zirconia ceramic embryo body to prepare a gradient structure material.With the increase of the sintering temperature,the zirconia ceramic completely transforms from the monoclinic phase to the tetragonal phase and exists stably,the contact angle between the glass and the ceramic matrix decreases,and the penetration depth increases.As the sintering temperature increases,the grain size continues to increase and the size is not uniform.When the sintering temperature increases from 1200℃to 1400℃,the Vickers hardness of ZrO_(2) bioceramics increases accordingly,and reaches a maximum of 16.4 GPa at 1400℃.
