熔盐法制备球形镁铝尖晶石的研究

摘要 以球形Al_(2)O_(3)为铝源、MgO为镁源、Na_(2)SO_(4)为熔盐,采用熔盐法制备了球形镁铝尖晶石。利用XRD、FE-SEM和EDS等测试手段研究了热处理温度、铝源种类对镁铝尖晶石合成与形貌的影响。结果表明:镁铝尖晶石的形貌保持了所用铝源的形貌。以1~3μm的球形Al2O3为铝源,经1200℃热处理保温3 h制得的镁铝尖晶石同样为球形,粒径约1.5~5.8μm。表明镁铝尖晶石在熔盐中的生长符合“Al_(2)O_(3)模板生长机制”。 Spherical MgAl_(2)O_(4)was prepared by a facile molten salt method with spherical Al_(2)O_(3)as aluminum source,MgO as magnesium source and Na,sO4 as molten salt.The influence of heat treat temperature and types of aluminum source on the phase composition and morphology of MgAl_(2)O_(4)were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS),respectively.The results show that MgAl_(2)O_(4)spinel retains the morphology of the original Al_(2)O_(3)raw material.When the spherical Al_(2)O_(4)is used as aluminum source,and the heat treatment temperature and time are 1200℃and 3 h,spherical MgAl,04 with the grain size of 1.5~5.8μm can be synthesized,indicating the synthesis of MgAl_(2)O_(4)spinel by molten salt method mainly follows the“template synthesis mechanism”.
